Bad filament

received the item and the bag had a hole in it so being hydroscopic the filament may have been affected. Once we tried to use it the layers would not bond correctly. Luckily we had some remaining filament from another supplier.

We are very proud of our blend of polycarbonate with ABS. This material prints very cleanly with no stringing. Our blend contains some ABS to make it a little more print friendly and can print at lower temperatures than pure polycarbonate. Print at 250 degrees or up to 285 degree Cecilius if your print is able to print this high. A heated bed and an enclosed print chamber will assist this material as is does have a higher warpage rate than pure ABS.

240°C to 285°C extrusion temperature

110°C print bed temperature
